These are one of my favorites and this is so easy. Just popping it all in the crock pot with the frozen meatballs. I just love how easy all of these are. My family loves these. We make them, we’ve been making them quite often lately. Really delicious dinner and super easy. They’re always so tender when they are cooking in these sauces all day long and just so tasty. I love the flavors of this one, the Hawaiian type flavor with the pineapple. So, so good. I just love using my crock pot, but I have my meatballs and my no sugar added sauce. My family loves it too. I love that it’s no sugar added because there’s so much sugar added in processed food. And especially tomato product processed foods. This is just a really great way to cook spaghetti squash. Spaghetti squash takes a while to cook. Cooking it in the crock pot is just so simple. You can just set it and basically forget about it. This is our favorite easy appetizer for our whole family. Instructions for frozen meatball recipes

Instructions

  1. Enchilada Meatballs:
    1. Cover frozen meatballs with red enchilada sauce in your crock pot.
    2. Add on some shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
    3. Set this on low.
    4. They only take about two to four hours to cook. So I have it on my low setting.
  2. Creamy Gravy Meatballs:
    1. Pop frozen meatballs in the crock pot.
    2. Add one can of cream of mushroom.
    3. Add two cups of beef broth.
    4. Add two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
    5. Add a packet of brown gravy mix.
    6. Add in some seasonings.
    7. Add in corn starch to thicken up this gravy to make just a really good, awesome sauce.
    8. Give it a little bit of stir.
    9. Set it on low for eight hours (I usually check it at about six hours because I don’t have a six hour low setting on my crock pot).
  3. Crock Pot Hawaiian Meatballs:
    1. Take frozen meatballs.
    2. Add a red bell pepper and a green bell pepper that I have diced up into some medium sized chunks.
    3. Drain the juice out of a can of pineapple chunks before you pour the pineapple in.
    4. Add in some golden monk fruit sweetener (brown sugar sweetener, or regular brown sugar).
    5. Add one cup of liquid aminos (or soy sauce).
    6. Give it a stir.
    7. Cook this on low for about six hours.
  4. Spaghetti Squash and Meatballs:
    1. Cut spaghetti squash in half (they’re pretty tough, so you just got to cut through it).
    2. Scoop out all of the centers (the seeds and everything) using a melon baller.
    3. Place the spaghetti squash down into the crock pot.
    4. Add in your no sugar added sauce (or any kind of sauce you’d like).
    5. Add in your frozen meatballs.
    6. Cook this on low for eight hours.
  5. BBQ Appetizer Meatballs:
    1. Combine meatballs and your favorite barbecue sauce in the crock pot.
    2. Heat them up on high for two hours or low for four hours.
    3. Leave them on warm while you’re serving for your family and party.
    4. Give them a stir.
  6. Stovetop Hawaiian Meatballs:
    1. Add olive oil to a pan.
    2. Cook up your bell pepper, saute it for a few minutes and get it a little bit soft.
    3. Once it’s soft, add in about a teaspoon of minced garlic.
    4. Give that a stir with the bell pepper.
    5. Add half a cup of soy sauce.
    6. Add a tablespoon of brown monk fruit sweetener (or regular brown sugar).
    7. Add a little bit of corn starch to kind of thicken this sauce up a little bit so that it coats really awesome on the meatballs.
    8. Add in the frozen meatballs.
    9. Put the lid on this and actually let this cook and steam with the meatballs for about 10 to 15 minutes.
    10. Once these are all nice and cooked through, add in some pineapple (drain the pineapple before you add it in, or you can use fresh pineapple).

Cooking Tips

Frozen meatballs, you can cook them longer. They just don’t need all the whole eight hours.

Serving Suggestions

For the enchilada meatballs, I’m going to serve it with a side of brown rice and then a side salad as well. For the creamy gravy meatballs, I’m going to add this with noodles. We can serve it with any kind of side that you’d like. For the crock pot Hawaiian meatballs, I serve this one with cauliflower rice. You can do regular rice or noodles as well. And I always like to serve a side salad also, usually on a different plate so the juices don’t get on the salad. For the spaghetti squash and meatballs, when it is done, the spaghetti squash just shreds like noodles and you have a really awesome spaghetti and meatballs. For the BBQ appetizer meatballs, you can do a little cup of toothpicks next to your crock pot and people can just pick one out and they can stay warm in the crock pot.

We always have frozen meatballs on hand in our freezer. So always like using them and coming up with new recipes. I’ll see you all in my next video.
