  • Green onions for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon potato starch (or corn starch)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Oyster sauce
  • Avocado oil (or any vegetable oil)
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Broccoli

  1. Heat up some oil.
  2. Cook our shrimp.
  3. Add some garlic.
  4. Take about 2-3 minutes. Until they are all pink.
  5. Just add a little bit of salt.
  6. Now take it out.
  7. Now add a little bit more oil.
  8. Followed by red pepper.
  9. Bell pepper.
  10. Lots of garlic.
  11. Saute about 30 seconds.
  12. Now we add the oyster sauce.
  13. About 2 teaspoons.
  14. And some water.
  15. We till this boils.
  16. Now combine our shrimp.
  17. Green onions.
  18. Now we thicken the sauce with our slurry.
  19. Turn the heat down.
  20. Add more water.
  21. It’s done.
