High-Protein Blueberry Waffles
In today’s video, I’m going to show you how to make delicious high-protein blueberry waffles that are not only stupid simple to whip up, but every single bite is quite literally a guilty pleasure. In order to make these delicious anabolic waffles, we only need a few ingredients, a waffle maker, and an empty stomach in conjunction with a desire to get huge, ripped, lean, and mean. If your regular breakfast has left you feeling bloated, lethargic, and slower than molasses in the dead of winter, then I recommend giving this a shot because I’m telling you, it just might change your life.

Why You’ll Love This
They’re stupid easy, one of my favorite ways to get in a lot of protein and upgrade your breakfast, and I can’t believe this is the first time we’re making blueberry waffles.
We have been eating these like every single day for the last week. She loves them. Ain’t that right, babe? Yes, they’re really good. I love them. There it is, straight from the horse’s mouth. A Clydesdale.
You can eat this for breakfast every day. It doesn’t take long at all to make.
Nothing about them is hard. They’re soft. They’re pliable. They got the same texture as a regular waffle, except they don’t have all those gut-busting calories that none of us need.
If you’ve ever had protein waffles before, and maybe they didn’t live up to your expectations, you need to forget about that experience and try these. I’m telling you, you take the time to make this, the little bit of time required. Your taste buds will thank you. And most importantly, you’ll start losing weight and build muscle as long as you’re being responsible with your overall calorie intake.
I didn’t think I could make any waffle recipe better than my chocolate chip waffle recipe. Didn’t think anything could top that. But this right here, takes the anabolic cake. The sweetness of the blueberries, the fluffiness of the waffles. You add that syrup in, it really is a delicacy. If you made this for somebody and didn’t tell them that it was actually better for you, healthier, higher in protein, none of that, they’d have no idea this wasn’t just regular waffles. They were doing their body some good. These are 10 out of 10 phenomenal.
In two of these waffles, what you get for the entire recipe that I just showed you is only 382 calories with two grams of fat, 54 grams of protein, 37 grams of carbs with four grams of fiber. 54 grams of protein in waffles. I’ll be a son of a gun. I guarantee you’ve never had waffles with this much protein that taste this freaking good. I’m in love.
The bloobs are amazing. 10 out of 10, of course. But the bloobs just had that fruity, almost tangy sweetness in there. It was so good. You literally can’t even taste the protein. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
This is an incredible, nutritious, lower calorie, higher protein way to start your day.

Ingredients
- 92 grams of egg beaters
- 170 grams plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
- 31 grams vanilla whey protein powder
- 27 grams instant pancake and waffle mix
- 3 grams zero-calorie sweetener
- 2 grams baking powder
- 70 grams blueberries

Instructions
- First thing we’re going to start with is our wet ingredients.
- We’re going to weigh out 92 grams right in this bowl.
- Weigh out 170 grams in our bowl.
- Come and toss 31 grams of vanilla whey protein powder right in our bowl.
- Weigh out 27 grams of instant pancake and waffle mix.
- Finally, we need three grams of a zero-calorie sweetener and two grams of baking powder to help these get even fluffier.
- Now that we’ve got everything in here, I’m just going to go with a spoon, stir everything together until we have a smooth batter.
- Once you’ve got everything mixed up, it’s time to fold in the blueberries.
- We’re just going to weigh out 70 grams of blueberries down here in our batter.
- All we do now is just fold them in lightly, real quick.
- Hit both surfaces of the waffle maker with nonstick spray.
- Spoon our batter right down on here.
- Be careful not to overdo it, because waffle makers are notorious for shooting that batter out the sides.
- Get it in here.
- Spread it out like so.
- Work it out towards the edges.
- Close this bad boy up and wait about two to three minutes.
- Our waffle will be done.
- Continue until we have both of our waffles.
- It should be about half of it going in the first time, and then half the second time.
- Try to eyeball it.
- Wait a few minutes, and we’re going to be golden.

Cooking Tips
Now, one thing I always try to stress with these types of recipes, when they take protein powder, that is going to be responsible for a decent amount of the taste. So if you want really good tasting powder, I don’t recommend buying this one. It’s pretty bland. You can buy ones that are much better. I’m just really cheap. And this is the best deal for five pounds of protein you can get. It’s like 42 bucks, and you get 73 scoops. And keep in mind, we do want to use vanilla here. You could use chocolate if you wanted, but then use vanilla. It’s going to be way better that way.
Now, you don’t want to put this in too early, because if you do that, these are going to leak blue, and then you’re going to end up with blue waffles, which is fine if you’re a psychopath. But me, I’ve got a good thumbnail to take. I don’t think you guys will on a blue waffle.
What we have here are just some regular, old-fashioned blueberries. These are going to work perfect, but if you have frozen ones, those will actually work, too. You can mix them in just how I’m about to do it.
You could take this batter and make pancakes with it, and they’ll be great. But if you get one of these, it’s going to simplify your life. This is an brand waffle maker. I got it at for like $20. And it gets so much use, you can probably see all the crap crusted to it. I probably should get a new one. For $20, I should probably have 10 of them.
This recipe yields two waffles.
Serving Suggestions
The only thing these are missing is a little bit of that sugar-free syrup.
All we’re going to do is put a little bit on top, and it’s time to send her home.
I know if you make them, you’re going to love them. And once I read the macros, you’re really going to love them.
If you can take the foods you were normally eating before, the pizzas, the burgers, the donuts, the waffles, and you replace them with stuff from my channel or my cookbook, your life will drastically change from a weight loss and fitness perspective. Like I said, it’s not that you’re giving up foods that you love. You’re just making the better versions. And with my cookbook, 300 pages strong and growing, it’s like dieting on easy mode.
