I’m on my keto journey and this is gonna be the third week and I always prepare my meal for the whole entire week or three days so I don’t have to grab anything when I’m hungry.
I’m telling you, this recipe, you guys have to try it.
I don’t know, but garlic do something to have that smell, y’all. It smells so good.
Guys, you need to try this. This is delicious. I promise you.

Ingredients
- Chicken breast that I lightly seasoned
- Tomato
- Garlic
- Broccoli
- Spinach
- Hot oil (You can use olive oil or you can use whatever oil, pretty much vegetable oil.)
- Cream cheese
- Cheese (Cheddar, of course.)
- Crushed pepper

Instructions
- Add the chicken into some hot oil.
- Combine the garlic and tomatoes together.
- Put in my broccoli.
- Add my cream cheese in it.
- Add some cheese. Some more cheese.
- Add some crushed pepper in it.

Cooking Tips
So what I did with my broccoli, I put my broccoli and cover it up like maybe two minutes or a minute in the microwave so it won’t take that long on the stove to cook.
