Ingredients for Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breasts (cut in bite-sized pieces)
  • Mozzarella and cheddar cheese (mix)
  • Roasted garlic Parmesan sauce
  • Chopped garlic
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped red onion
  • Bacon salt (Now if you don’t have bacon salt, just use regular salt, it’s fine)
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Large tortilla wraps

Instructions for Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wrap

Instructions

  1. Add some olive oil to the chicken.
  2. Go in with our bacon salt, our black pepper, our smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder.
  3. Give that a good mix.
  4. Set this aside.
  5. Heat up just a little olive oil over medium heat in a pan.
  6. Once that comes up to temperature, start adding our chicken.
  7. Wait eight minutes until that chicken is cooked completely and brown on all sides.
  8. Pause our heat real quick.
  9. Remove our chicken.
  10. Unpause our heat.
  11. Add our chicken back in here.
  12. Add our onions.
  13. Cook our chicken with our onions.
  14. After about a minute or so, go in with your garlic.
  15. Cook this for another minute till we get that garlic fragrant.
  16. Turn off our heat now.
  17. Remove our chicken, place it back into a dish.
  18. Take a spoonful of our Parmesan sauce, and spread it around our tortilla like this.
  19. Take some of our chicken, add it right here on one side of the wrap.
  20. Take some cheese.
  21. Fold the wrap: Take that one side, tuck all the ingredients in, and get one fold out of it.
  22. Take the ends, fold it like that, fold it up like that, and then continue to wrap that baby.
  23. Tuck in the ends.
  24. At the bottom, spread some of that Parmesan sauce just to keep it sealed.
  25. Set this aside while we wrap our other ones.
  26. Heat up over medium heat.
  27. Add one wrap at a time.
  28. Do about two to three minutes per side.
  29. Get this removed.
  30. Turn off our cooktop.
  31. Cut into this baby.
  32. Get this baby plated up.

Cooking Tips

I like to take a little partially, and I like to spread it out over the bottom like this. That’s just me.
Make this baby as cheesy as you want it. It’s totally up to you.
I never worked at Chipotle, so it may not be perfect, but it’s good enough for me.
I like my wraps really, really meaty. So if you’re conservative, you could probably get four. If you’re really, really conservative, you can get probably five out of them.
We want to make sure that the cheese is melted on the inside.
