  • five overly light bananas
  • 3/4 cups of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • two eggs
  • 1 and 3/4 cups of flour
  • One teaspoon of baking soda
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • One teaspoon of cinnamon
  • one cup of chocolate chips

  1. Mash all the bananas.
  2. Put 3/4 cups of brown sugar.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of oil into the mixture.
  4. Next is your 1/4 cup of milk.
  5. Put in two eggs.
  6. Next, you’re going to need 1 and 3/4 cups of flour.
  7. One teaspoon of baking soda.
  8. Half a teaspoon of salt.
  9. One teaspoon of cinnamon.
  10. Put half of them [chocolate chips] in now.
  11. Get this all nice and mixed up.
  12. You’re going to fold and make sure all the eggs are broke up.
  13. Stir it till everything’s a nice, creamy mixture.
  14. Get a baking dish.
  15. Spray it with some vegetable spray.
  16. Take our mixture and pour it into the baking dish and make sure we spread it out evenly.
  17. Spread it out nice and evenly.
  18. Take our rest of our chocolate chips and sprinkle them on top.
  19. Let this in here for 20 to 25 minutes.
  20. Poke it in the banana chocolate chip bars. If it comes out clean, then it’s good. If it comes out with stuff on it, then we have to let it cook for an extra few minutes.
  21. Let this cool down for a little bit.
  22. Slice into it once it’s cooled down.
  23. Slice them in squares.
