Cinnamon Banana Bread Recipe
Hi guys, I’m Kimberly Dixon and today I’m going to show you my recipe for cinnamon banana bread.
Okay, so we have our overripe bananas, our flour, our butter, our vanilla, sugar, egg, salt, baking soda, and our pan and our bowl.
Okay, so the first thing that we’re going to do is to mash up the bananas.

So it’s nice and golden brown. Perfectly cooked.

Ingredients
For the batter:
- three overripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Imitation Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
For the cinnamon sugar mixture:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Mash up the bananas.
- Melt some butter.
- Stir that all together.
- Take three-fourths of a cup of sugar.
- Beat one egg.
- Add that.
- Add our vanilla.
- Stir that together.
- Add one teaspoon of baking soda.
- Sprinkle that on top.
- Add a dash of salt.
- Add one and a half cups of flour.
- Gently stir this in.
- Use a folding motion.
- Mix together one-third of a cup of sugar and one tablespoon of cinnamon in a small dish.
- Butter and flour the loaf pan.
- Take just a stick of butter and just wipe it all around.
- Make sure to get the sides and the corners.
- Add some flour.
- Shake it and move it around.
- Try to get all the edges.
- Add half the batter into this pan.
- Spread it around.
- Add a little bit more than half of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Make little twists in it.
- Add the rest of the batter.
- Make sure to spread this one out as well.
- Do a twist.
- Make all the remaining cinnamon sugar on top.
- Try to get as even as possible.
- Take my scooper again and make little twists.
- Pack it down.
- Bake it for 50 to 60 minutes.

Cooking Tips
Be sure not to over-mix it.
You can use oil too, but everything’s butter with butter.
This way, it will make sure that your butter does not stick.
Remember, if you’re using a different sized loaf pan, this one is a 9 by 5. Be careful and just keep a close eye on the time.
