Ingredients
- Six bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- For the seasoning:
- Some salt
- Pepper
- Two teaspoons each of paprika
- Basil
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Some oil (for searing)
- For the creamy sauce:
- Two tablespoons of butter
- One large minced onion
- Five huge cloves of minced garlic
- Two tablespoons of flour
- One cup of chicken broth
- A half cup of heavy cream
- About a quarter cup Parmesan cheese
- Two little cubes of chicken bouillon
- About a quarter cup fresh basil
- Another quarter cup of fresh parsley

Instructions
- Season both sides of your chicken with the spices.
- Wrap them with a serene wrap.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat up some oil in a skillet over medium to medium high heat.
- Allow the oil to get extremely hot.
- Place all six of your chicken thighs in the pan.
- Make sure you place the skin side down.
- Sear for three minutes on one side.
- Turn them over and let them sear for another three minutes on the other side.
- Take them out of the pan and set them aside for later.
- Use a paper towel to clean out the pan a little.
- Melt two tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Toss in one large minced onion.
- Cook the minced onion for about five minutes until it cooks down and caramelizes a little just like this.
- Add five huge cloves of minced garlic.
- Cook the garlic for about a minute until it begins to get fragrant.
- Add in two tablespoons of flour.
- Cook the flour for one minute just to get rid of that raw flour taste.
- Pour in one cup of chicken broth.
- Mix the chicken broth in continuously until the mixture thickens just like this.
- Add a half cup of heavy cream.
- Whisk the cream in and get everything very well incorporated.
- Add about a quarter cup Parmesan cheese.
- Add two little cubes of chicken bouillon.
- Add about a quarter cup fresh basil.
- Add another quarter cup of fresh parsley.
- Cook this for about a minute to bring all the flavors together.
- Add the chicken.
- Don’t forget to add the juice from the chicken.
- Drizzle some of the sauce over the chicken.
- Put this in the oven to bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.

Cooking Tips
You can use this time to prep all your other ingredients.
So if you haven’t achieved this color, make sure you let them sear for a little longer.
Make sure you leave a little bit of oil in your pan.
You can simply use half and half if that’s what you have.
Don’t forget to add the juice from the chicken That’s all good flavor.
Make sure you check the chicken for an internal temperature of 165 to 175 Fahrenheit because that’s the safest temperature for baked chicken thighs.
