This recipe is so good. You’re gonna love it and your family’s gonna love it too. This ground meal is so delicious. You put this over a bed of white rice. I’m telling you. You cannot go wrong. You can’t go wrong. It is so delicious. When I tell you this thing is good this thing is good.

Ingredients for Ground Meat Recipe

Ingredients

  • bell peppers
  • onions
  • garlic
  • ground meat (ground turkey, ground beef, ground chicken, whatever ground meat that you like)
  • tropical sazon seasoning
  • onion powder
  • beef bouillon seasoning
  • minced garlic
  • a scotch bonnet pepper
  • fresh tomatoes (medium-sized, really ripe tomato)
  • water
  • beef stock or turkey stock or chicken stock

Cooking Instructions for Ground Meat

Instructions

  1. You want to go ahead and chop those up.
  2. We want to give that a saute.
  3. And now we’re going to add in our ground meat.
  4. So now we’re gonna go ahead and season this.
  5. I use my tropical sazon seasoning.
  6. And now we’re gonna add in some onion powder.
  7. Next you want to add in this beef bouillon seasoning.
  8. Now just mix everything together.
  9. Now we want to add in some minced garlic.
  10. And just for a little bit of heat I’m gonna add in a scotch bonnet pepper.
  11. Next we want to add in our fresh tomatoes.
  12. Next we’re gonna add in just a little bit of water.
  13. Go ahead and add your lid for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  14. And then I remove the lid and allow it to cook without the lid.

I’m not going to cook these veggies too long. I just want to kind of soften them up just a little bit. Pull some of that flavor out of them. Make sure to season it good. You know get in there with that seasoning so the flavors can really pop. If I use a ground turkey I like to use the beef just to you know enhance the flavors a little bit. We just want to brown the meat. We don’t want to overcook the meat. We just want to give it a good nice little brown on it. Use like a medium-sized really ripe tomato to get the best results. If you’re gonna use bouillon use water. But if you’re not gonna use bouillon just use the stock.

Serving Suggestions

You put this over a bed of white rice. I cooked me a pot of white rice. I’m gonna make me a nice plate full with some homemade lemonade. Maybe. You know what? I’ll just make me a plate of this. Have me a glass of water and I’m good to go.
