  • panko style breadcrumbs
  • milk
  • egg
  • half an onion (to grate)
  • half an onion (to dice for the sauce)
  • grated onion pulp (onion snow)
  • granulated garlic
  • Kosher salt
  • ground black pepper

  1. Loosen up the ground beef.
  2. Into the bowl, we’ll add our grated onion pulp.
