Instructions

  1. Heat up our olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add our onions, our red bell peppers, and cook this for about three to four minutes, allowing them to soften.
  3. Go in with our garlic.
  4. Saute this garlic in here for an additional minute.
  5. Add our ground beef to this mixture.
  6. Continue cooking this, and break this apart as we brown our ground beef all the way through. This should take about five to seven minutes.

  8. Stir this up real quick, get those flavors talking to each other.
  9. Go in with your potatoes, and get this coated in our ground beef mixture as much as possible.

  11. Make sure you have enough beef broth where your potatoes are actually in the beef broth, not on top of each other.
  12. Adjust your beef broth as you see fit.
  13. Once that comes to a boil, cover that baby up, drop our heat down to low, and let that simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes until those potatoes are tender.
  14. After about 25 minutes, turn our heat off.
  15. Remove our top, and get this baby mixed around in here just a little bit.
  16. Test the potatoes just to make sure they’re good.

  18. Head over to our cutting board, add some finishing touches, get it plated up, and over to quality control.
