Hey guys. Well, I wanted something quick, simple, and easy again. Again, something in 30 minutes in a skillet. So I decided to do a shipwreck skillet. And you know, it’s about 12 bucks, so it’s budget and so fast, not even 30 minutes, maybe about 20. Came out so great, you’re gonna love it. So let me show you how to do it.

This is really an interesting combination of flavors.

Feed a family of four or five.

Ingredients
- oil (about half a tablespoon)
- a pound of medium ground beef
- a small or half a small, chopped onion
- Three cloves of chopped garlic
- KD cheese packet
- a can of diced tomatoes (undrained)
- A cup of good old milk (2%)
- KD pasta
- Italiano or Italian seasoning (about two teaspoons)
- salt (Maybe half a teaspoon, a teaspoon)
- ground black pepper (A teaspoon or two)
- a cup of peas (frozen)
- another cup of corn (canned)
- good old cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Add a bit of oil to the pan over medium-high heat.
- Go in with a pound of medium ground beef.
- Fry this up for a few minutes until it browns up.
- Once we’re kind of browned up here, go out of the pan.
- Go in with a small or half a small, chopped onion.
- Add three cloves of chopped garlic.
- Saute this for a few minutes until that wonderful aroma fills the air.
- Mix everything together here.
- Start by throwing in the cheese over top of that ground beef.
- Get some of that good yeller cheese on there.
- Add a can of diced tomatoes.
- Add a cup of good old milk.
- Go in with that wonderful dinner.
- Stir around here.
- Bring this to a soft boil.
- Season things up with some Italiano or Italian seasoning.
- Add a bit of salt.
- Add some ground black pepper.
- Go in with a cup of peas.
- Add another cup of corn.
- Carefully mix everything together.
- Stir this all the way for a few minutes until that pasta cooks up.
- Remove the lid.
- Go over the top with some good old cheddar cheese.
- Slip that lid back on for a minute or two.
- You want that heat fairly low too.
- Wait until that cheese is melted down.
- Serve.

Cooking Tips
You don’t wanna drain this because we’re gonna use this to, or part of this to cook the pasta.
Be a little bit careful here because my pan runneth over.
I gave this the odd occasional stir while it was cooking.
