super excited to be back with here uh to be back excited again after traveling so much so i don’t even know sometimes what time zone i am so but as soon as i get home i know that this is my zone. So anyways i’m going to show you how to make chia pudding today. So very simple what you need i’m going to use some fruit because i want to make it sugar free.

  • Blueberry
  • Coconut cream (or milk)
  • Half a cup of the chia seeds
  • One cup of of coconut milk
  • Mint leaf

Instructions

Making Chia Pudding Instructions

  1. We’ll start by putting some blueberry here.
  2. Put it straight right there into the fire it goes.
  3. Turn it to medium and then when this uh when it gets hot to the touch I’m going to turn it down to low.
  4. Prepare your fruit first if you want fruit if you want it sugar free but you want to have still a little bit of the sugar tasting in there.
  5. I’m going to put some coconut cream in here.
  6. Put the blueberries at the bottom.
  7. Put enough berries whatever you want so it’s just a little bit you know probably about 20 berries on each.
  8. You take your chia.
  9. Take half a cup of the chia seeds to one cup of of coconut milk.
  10. Put it into the little mason jars.
  11. I’ll just turn it off already take the handle off.
  12. I’ll take some of the berries and the ones that were frozen this is what I would do put it at the bottom if I eat it warm.
  13. If you already have one that is thickened then you can take some of the cold ones and you can actually this is how we’re going to serve it.
  14. Pile up and you can take mint leaf and serve it garnish like that.

Cooking Tips

If you suffer from diverticulitis where you cannot have any seeds I recommend that you or I suggest that you use any blender and just blend it it’ll give you the same effect.

Don’t buy any powder just make it yourself because otherwise you know you get something that it’s not.

All my shows is are impromptu using foods that we already have at home so that way you don’t have to run and find foods.

Instead of chia you can actually use flax seeds as well.
