Hey guys, I’m Myra, and today we are making a one ingredient high protein chip. Now, I am a huge chip lover. I grew up eating Doritos and like all the unhealthy chips that you can possibly think of, always dipping them into everything from queso to you name it.

  • It doesn’t taste like cottage cheese. Like, it tastes like a cheese crisp.
  • Except cheese crisps are usually like thick. And they’re obviously really calorie dense. Whereas these are super thin.
  • They’re like paper thin, guys.
  • Look at this. It’s like paper thin.
  • They’re nice and crunchy.

  • cottage cheese (full fat, small curd) about half the container
  • a little garlic powder (optional)
  • a little salt and pepper (optional)
  • everything but the bagel seasoning or something (optional)

Instructions

Instructions to make High Protein Chips

  1. Put everything into our bowl.
  2. Give it a good mix.
  3. About a teaspoon. Half a teaspoon to me. I’m just gonna make a few at the same time.
  4. So it starts to bubble.
  5. Once they’ve been cooking for about two to three minutes, you will see that the edges will start to get like a little brown, a little crispy, enough for you to be able to put your spatula through.
  6. Just run my spatula around, lift it at the same time just to kind of give it some help and flip over.
  7. Take them off the heat.
  8. Let them cool down.
  9. I’m gonna go ahead and finish off the rest of our chips.

  • Make sure that it is the full fat cottage cheese and the small curd.
  • This is all optional. You literally don’t need to season it at all.
  • Once they’ve been cooking for about two to three minutes, you will see that the edges will start to get like a little brown, a little crispy, enough for you to be able to put your spatula through.
  • As they cool, they will crisp.
  • It took me about 15 minutes to make the full bag.
  • Just remember, it’s half a teaspoon.
  • That is like the perfect measurement.
  • Medium heat.

  • Perfect for dipping.
  • This is just a cilantro chili dip.
