You guys, if you love grilled cheese, just as I love grilled cheese, but obviously not the carbs that come along with the regular bread, then take a tortilla shell.
Some cheddar cheese, roll it up, fry it up until it is nice and crispy and gooey and ooey on the inside.
And you have got yourself a delicious grilled cheese roll-up that comes together in a matter of minutes.
Grilled cheese has never tasted so good.
Especially since we know that we made it low carb.
Ingredients

- tortilla shells
- sliced cheese
- avocado oil
- butter
Instructions

- Put sliced cheese right there at the edge.
- As little or as much as you like, you guys.
- And proceed to roll it up.
- Put them on my platter.
- Bring these over to the stove.
- To my skillet, we are going to add some avocado oil.
- And some butter.
- We are going to place our shells in the skillet.
- Let’s go ahead and flip these over.
- Take them out.
