Peanut Butter Oatmeal Banana Bars
Hey y’all, today we’re going to be making peanut butter oatmeal banana bars. And here’s the ingredients as follows.
Why You’ll Love This

y’all, it don’t get no better than this.
Y’all, these were so good.
These are your bars. They’re no one else’s.
Ingredients

- one and one-fourth cups of oatmeal
- four ripened bananas. And those are small ones. If you have big ones, you probably only need three.
- peanut butter of choice
- vanilla extract
- dark chocolate. But if you don’t like dark chocolate, you can get you some milk chocolate.
- a fourth a cup of peanut butter
Instructions

- Next, you’re going to take your bananas and you’re going to break them up and put them in a bowl.
- Then once we break the bananas up, you’re going to take a potato masher and you want to mash them up.
- Now, once we’ve mashed the bananas up, we’re going to add in our oatmeal.
- Then you want to add a fourth a cup of peanut butter.
- And I added the vanilla extract.
- And then you just want to combine it.
- Now, once you’ve mixed it up, you want to add in your dark chocolate.
- And you want to mix it up. And make sure you mix it very well.
- Take an 8×8 pan and spray it down with some nonstick cooking spray.
- And you’re going to pour your batter in the pan.
- Now, we’re going to put this in an oven preheated on 350.
- And you want to bake this for about 35 minutes.
- Now, once it’s out the oven, you want to let them cool completely.
- And y’all want to cut them into bars once they have cooled completely.
Cooking Tips

If you don’t have a potato masher, you can use a fork. You can use your hand. You can use whatever you like.
And also, if you want to put like some maple syrup or some honey or some brown sugar, you can. I just didn’t because the bananas were sweet enough for me.
You can also add some walnuts or pecans. That’s what I should have added.
Make sure you mix it very well.
