Quick Oven-Baked Eggs for Busy Mornings
I can’t believe I slept in. I’m so hungry. I don’t know what to do. Like, I’ve got to work. What am I going to do? Where’s the box cereal? No box cereal.
I’m going to show you how you can eat breakfast quickly. Okay, be honest. I know that has happened to you before and you go for the cereal, right?

It was baking while we brushed our teeth, got deodorant on, showered, did whatever we have to do.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- Spinach (about a cup to two cups)
- Cooking spray (olive oil)
- Sea salt
- Pepper

Instructions
- Set your oven for 400.
- Go to your fridge, grab yourself some eggs, grab yourself some spinach.
- Grab your cooking spray.
- Grab your sea salt.
- Grab your muffin tins.
- Grab a mixing bowl.
- Grab a fork.
- Put four eggs in here.
- Grab a handful [of spinach] and just tear it up.
- Tear it up into small pieces.
- Add in your sea salt.
- Add in your pepper.
- Take your fork. Beat it all up.
- Spray your pans where it doesn’t stick.
- Take your egg mixture. Pour it in.
- Open up your oven.
- Stick it in.
- Shut the door so it cooks.
- Grab your oven mitt.
- Out of the oven they go.
- Dish it out into your Tupperware.

Cooking Tips
Don’t forget to shut your fridge.
Close the drawer. It really hurts when you Charlie horse yourself when you leave it open.
We don’t have time to dice it up with a knife. Tear it up into small pieces.
Probably put in there about a cup to two cups.
It took about 10 to 15 minutes to bake depending on your oven.
