I’m gonna show you how to make a Southern holiday mac and cheese. Let’s get it.

Ingredients
- pasta noodle
- salt
- cream cheese
- fresh black pepper
- cheese
- butter

Instructions
- We boiling.
- I wanna put maybe just a couple of generous pinches of salt.
- Work this around.
- Add my noodles.
- We wanna make these per the instructions on our box, and we want al dente.
- Shock it and stop that cooking process.
- I’m gonna add this in there.
- I’m gonna take this and just add this down here just like you see.
- I’m gonna put a little bit of that mixture down here.
- I’ll put just a little bit of this cheese because we saved half of it back.
- Just add it over there like that.
- Pour a little bit.
- Fresh black pepper right here.
- I just wanna ensure that this gets mixed properly.
- Add the rest of this here.
- Make my pour.
- I’m gonna take it and we can just pour this in like this.
- Let’s get a little bit more cheese.
- Take some of your cheese and put a layer here just over the top.
- Put a little bit right here.
- Come with this cheese right here.
- Get this in here.
- We’re gonna do it uncovered.
- Remember, 30 minutes, we wanna take a look at it.
- Put just a little bit of fresh black cracked pepper on the top.
- I’m finna pull this masterpiece out.
- We going back in the oven.
- Take the remaining of my cheese.
- Add this in here just like this.
- Go back in there for about another 15 minutes.
- Put that fresh and the remainder of your cheese.
- Set a timer for 15 minutes.
- Let’s take this out.
- Take this, just push down just a little bit and let the paper towel absorb some of it.
- Get it set up.
- Pull some out.

Cooking Tips
If you just cut the recipe in half, this is perfect for like, if you got a small family, or you making this for yourself.
The thinner it is, the easier and quicker it is to melt.
I’m not finna leave this. I’m gonna stay with it.
When you don’t put that excessive amount of cheese in there, you don’t have so much oil.
Serving Suggestions
I might cube that up, hit it in the skillet, drop and mix some of that in here. That gives it like a nice, unique, flavor.
