And I’m so excited to make this ’cause it’s always good to add a little fish in our diet.

And I don’t cook enough fish at home.

So this gives me an excuse and I just can’t wait.

All I heard was garlic, butter, and cream.

All right, dinner, this is like a nice, hearty, cold winter meal.

So online, I saw that this is a take on the Tuscan chicken, which I’ve never had before, but I do like me some , so I’m excited.

This is how I know it’s gonna be good.

Six cloves, y’all. It’s gonna be good.

I love garlic.

Ingredients

Ingredients laid out for Tuscan salmon

  • olive oil
  • salmon pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • small onion, diced up
  • white wine
  • ginger
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Cooking garlic butter Tuscan salmon step by step

  1. First thing we need is some olive oil over a medium to high heat pan.
  2. And to that, we are gonna sear our salmon pieces first.
  3. Okay, so we’re gonna put it on the pan for five minutes on each side.
  4. And then we’re gonna remove it and we’re gonna start on the creamy Tuscan sauce that Gina just talked about.
  5. Fish is off and looks beautifully browned.
  6. So to that oil that you just pan fried your salmon with, we are gonna add two tablespoons of butter.
  7. Okay, so to that butter, we’re going to add six cloves of garlic.
  8. Okay, so it’s already toasted up beautifully in my pan.
  9. And to that, we’re going to add a small onion that we’ve already diced up.
  10. It’s said to add in white wine, so we’re gonna add a little bit of that.
  11. And then we’re gonna add a little bit of garlic.
  12. And we’re gonna add a little bit of ginger.
  13. And we’re gonna add a little bit of salt.
  14. And we’re gonna add a little bit of pepper.

And we’re gonna add a little bit of garlic.
